Heat shrinkable sleeves

Shrinksleeves are applied in the field, offering a high anti-corrosion and mechanical barrier to extend the lifespan of your oil, water and gas pipelines.

It also provides an excellent resistance to cathodic disbondment and a long durability against abrasion and chemical attacks.

Cold application of pipeline coating tape systems

Cold-applied tape coating systems are designed to prevent corrosion in field joints, speciality piping, and fittings.

High-tack butyl rubber adhesif offers superb adhesion qualities, even in chilly climates, protecting the exterior surface of pipes used to transport oil, water, and gas.

This coating provides a powerful bond even on irregular shapes. Liquid adhesive, inner layer, and outer layer coatings can rehabilitate your pipes in a variety of different ways, forming corrosion-resistant barriers to protect your pipes long term. We also offer hand wrapping of co-extruded conformable joint coatings.

Pipeline reconditioning

Gas and hazardous fluid pipelines are prone to ageing as the years march on, so they need ongoing maintenance for continued performance.

Negligence can cause failure and even the loss of expensive product, so an integrity management plan is required for each pipeline.

We’ll determine which reconditioning method is most appropriate for your needs.

Extra mechanical protection

The application of additional geotextiles around the pipes (ref. GEOTRA-PP-800 and GEOTRA-PP-2000) is intended to provide the complementary mechanical protection of external coatings of buried steel pipes, for the transport and distribution of water, gas and oil.
